The 31-year-old actress, who has a daughter with actor Heath Ledger, on Sunday night's Screen Actors Guild Awards revealed that she is ready to take a break from acting.

"I just want to go back to being a mom for a while," the New York Post quoted her as telling E! News.

While Williams was nominated for the Best Actress Oscar in 2011 for "Blue Valentine" and this year for "My Week with Marilyn," the actress said that she has no plans to shoot another film in the immediate future.

She recently wrapped "Oz: The Great and Powerful," in which she plays Glinda the Good Witch. The film will be out in 2013.

"Even when I'm working I still think about her and can't wait to get back to her at the end of the day... Raising my daughter is my absolute priority," she added. (ANI)
