Washington, Oct 10 : Mischa Barton has taken a swipe at Victoria Beckham''s style, insisting that the Spice Girl is not a ''good example of British style''.

The O. C star has ridiculed Beckham''s self proclaimed status as a style guru and believes Brits prefer her own hippy attire.

"Posh doesn''t strike me as particularly stylish,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

"I don''t think she''s a good example of British style at all.

“I don''t dress for anybody else, and I think the reason people like my style is that I do my own thing,” she added. (ANI)
