Paul McCartney to take on Heather Mills in "all-out" court battle

London, Oct 13 : Sir Paul McCartneySir Paul McCartney and wife Heather Mills seems to have had a change of heart and has now reportedly decided to head for "all-out war" in court with estranged wife Heather Mills.
According to the Mirror, Macca believes that a say in court will allow him to rubbish Mills’ claims that she suffered both verbal and physical abuse at his hands during their four-and-a-half year marriage

The turnabout comes just even as the Daily Mail reported that the couple were on the brink of resolving their divorce battle.
The Mail reported that Macca and Mills had agreed on a figure that Mills will be getting, as well as the finer details of the confidentiality clause and custody rights of their daughter Beatrice.

The paper stated that the animal rights activist is reportedly set to get a multi-million pound lump sum and annual payments of several million pounds.
She will also be able to talk about her marriage in an autobiography and talk shows – something that Sir Paul, 65, was averse to when talks first began.
However, this means that Mills will be getting 1 million pounds less a year. (ANI)
