Mumbai, Mar. 14 : The very popular TV series 'Satyameva Jayate' is not on-air for a year now because the team is busy working on Maharashtra's water crisis.

"Our show is not on TV now as the whole team is working on water crisis in Maharashtra. Our whole team is in different villages of Maharashtra. I will visit next month," said Aamir Khan while addressing the media here on his 51st birthday.

"We are on ground, and will do like this for next four-five years," he added.

I said, as it is a patriotic movie, so it will be good if it gets released on dates like 15th August. But I never said it will release on 15th August. We will release it on Christmas. We can't complete within August. That was just an example."

During the screening of Sonam Kapoor's 'Neerja' the 50-year-old actor said, "Salman's films are always good, so I have lot of expectations from Sultan. Like how all wait with bated breaths for his films, I too am waiting for it. It'll be a very good film," reports the Express Tribune.

Salman will be seen portraying the character of a wrestler from Haryana in the film alongside Anushka Sharma.

Actors Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra are among those whose security has been downgraded.

Reports say that the security given to some of these celebrities has also been withdrawn.

The Mumbai Police has said that there was nothing new in the move as it was a routine practice to analyse threat perception and review the security given to celebrities. (ANI)

New Delhi, Oct 25: If sources are to be believed, then Aamir Khan won't be doing his 2001 hit ' Lagaan's sequel.

There were rumours that the 50-year-old Bollywood perfectionist was shooting the second installment of Ashutosh Gowariker's 2001 flick's sequel, but now sources clarifies that this wasn't true and the actor won't currently engaged in any such sequel.

Notably, the 'Rock On' actress Prachi Desai has been signed for the sequel to play the female lead in the movie.
