"Ramu (Ram Gopal Varma) wanted my character to be called Harshvardhan Malik. But I told him 'naam se pehle Vijay laga do, shayad picture chal jaayegi (Prefix the name with Vijay, the movie might work)'," Amitabh told reporters at a press conference.

Talking about the film, Bachchan told the reporters about the internal conflict one deals with everyday life, which - he said - is the crux of this film.

“You are compromising with your conscience or not to make your business survive. Or else you compromise with your job to do justice to your conscience,” Bachchan said.

The film was expected to release on January 22, but the release has been postponed to a week later.
