London, Mar 11: Actress Denise Van Outen was seen giving rapper Vanilla Ice a waxing to raise money for Red Nose Day.

Van Outen, 36, got busy with the wax strips as Vanilla Ice, 43, real name Robert Matthew Van Winkle, laying grimacing on the table as the former ripped a wax strip gleefully from his leg.

London, Aug 31 : Actress Denise Van Outen has slammed National Health Service (NHS) bosses following their letter criticizing the star’s decision to stop breastfeeding her baby daughter.

Denise, 36, took exception to health chiefs in Kent after receiving a “very detailed personal letter” telling her to carry on breastfeeding four-month-old Betsy and criticizing her actor husband, Lee Mead.

The couple even received a “pro-breastfeeding” coffee mug in the post.

London, Aug 28 : Denise Van Outen is joining the cast of Legally Blonde: The Musical.

The star, 36, is returning to the West End stage less than six months after becoming a mum.

She will play Paulette in the comedy show from late October, reports the Daily Star.

Denise, who gave birth to baby Betsy in May, has previously starred in shows such as Chicago and Rent. (ANI)

She posed with the eight-legged creature as she tackled her spider phobia.

Van Outen helped to calm her fears with a 3D film of spiders created by Sky as an arachnophobia therapy.

In her first interview since her daughter''s arrival in May, the 36-year-old actress said she gave up breastfeeding her daughter Betsy after less than a month.

"I probably should have persevered a bit longer than three weeks," the Telegraph quoted her as saying.

Outen, dressed in a black leather jacket, tights and thigh high boots to promote her latest role, has revealed that the show will be a steamy affair.

“There’s a bit of girl on girl action going on,” the Sun quoted Outen, as saying.
