Washington, Feb 11 : Halle Berry has won her legal fight to prevent her former beau Gabriel Aubry from having unsupervised visits to their daughter.

A judge has ruled that the Canadian model’s visitation with daughter Nahla must be supervised and that Aubry will not be allowed any overnight stays with his three-year-old daughter, RadarOnline reported.

Washington, Feb 10 : Halle Berry, who has plans to move to France with her daughter, is reportedly looking for a temporary accommodation in the Hollywood Hills, as her present home is under repair.

Berry was spotted checking out some swanky beach pads in Malibu on Thursday and sources connected to the actress revealed that she's looking for a short-term rental, TMZ. com reported.

Los Angeles, July 12 : Actress Halle Berry was forced to call police after an intruder jumped over a privacy wall around her Hollywood home.

The unnamed man allegedly jumped the wall of her property in Los Angeles and was lurking in the front yard of her home, this Saturday.

Berry's security staff attempted to apprehend the intruder, but he scaled the wall again and fled before police arrived.
