The current owner of the magical abode, nicknamed the `Tree House', bought it from the estate of the late Australian actor in 2008.

Built in 1951, the stunning hideaway has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen.

A former attorney for Ledger, John S. LaViolette, sued Minnesota-based ReliaStar Life Insurance Co. in July, saying the company is trying to avoid paying the claim, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Melbourne, Sept 28 : Late Aussie actor Heath Ledger’s father has revealed that his son’s estimated 20 million dollars estate will be given to his daughter Matilda Rose.
