New Delhi, Feb 10 : Kareena Kapoor, who had decided to do intimate scenes only with partner Saif Ali Khan, is all set to perform a real steamy scene with co-star Arjun Ramphal in the film `Heroine'.

The scene starts with her smoking and drinking, and then she ends up getting up close and personal with him.

New Delhi, Feb 7 - No more action-packed movies, says Kareena Kapoor, who has done daredevil stunts in the spy thriller "Agent Vinod", which is her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan's home production.

"I don't enjoy action films. I don't like action scenes and stunts. I like conversational and romantic films like 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu'. I am scared of action and gun shots. Saif used to get angry and say 'you can't do that'" said Kareena.

New Delhi, Feb 7 - Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Tuesday rubbished reports that she and her beau Saif Ali Khan are planning to get formally engaged Feb 10.

Setting the record straight, the actress said: "It's completely false, there are no such plans."

The actress was in the capital to promote her forthcoming film "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu", which is releasing Friday, along with her co-star Imran Khan and director Shakun Batra.

Dubai, Feb 6 : Kareena Kapoor, who started the trend of size zero in India, feels that she now looks better than her then stunningly slim figure.

The 31-year-old insisted that she headed towards the `size zero' way because her role demanded it at that point of time.

"I think size zero was at a time when my role and character needed it in a film," the Gulf News quoted her as saying.

"What's unusual is what's different and what's different is what is working today. So, I think Imran and Kareena being unusual is the USP of the film," the 39-year-old director-producer said at the 160th year celebration party of cosmetic brand "Kiehl's".

According to a source, Arjun plays an on-the-rise actor who latches on to the top actress of the day. The birthday sequence that Bhandarkar shot for Arjun's character fell on Arjun's birthday.

New Delhi, Oct 27 - Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Thursday unveiled her wax statue at the Madame Tussauds museum in Blackpool, Britain.

"It is an honour and a privilege for me to have my own wax figure at Madame Tussauds Blackpool and even more so to launch a global Bollywood exhibition. This is a moment of pride for the Indian cinema," Kareena said in a statement.

It took four months to create the wax statue, which cost 150,000 pounds.

New Delhi, Aug 10 : Movie production company UTV Motion Pictures Wednesday denied reports that Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has replaced Aishwarya Rai as the lead in Madhur Bhandarkar's project "Heroine", which was put on the backburner following the news of Aish's pregnancy.

Though last week Kareena admitted to a leading news daily that she has signed up for the movie, UTV's official statement tells a different story.

New Zealand, July 12 : After "I Hate Luv Storys", partly shot in the beautiful Queenstown city of New Zealand, another big-budget Bollywood movie, a remake of "The Italian Job", is scheduled to be filmed here towards the end of the year.

Director duo Abbas-Mustan has signed Abhishek Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor for the remake. A crew of 90 to 100 from India will fly down for about 50 days of shooting, a New Zealand Tourism statement said.
