Washington, Dec 31 : Victoria Beckham has said that the Spice Girls reunion tour was a big opportunity to celebrate the past.

The former singer, who is now a successful fashion designer, was delighted to get the chance to share a stage with Geri Halliwell, Emma Buton, Mel B and Mel C again in
2008.

"It was such a big opportunity to celebrate the past and thank our fans," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Heat magazine.

Posh also said that her sons Brooklyn, 10, Rome0, seven, and four-year-old Cruz with soccer ace husband David Beckham were the main reason she reunited for the tour.

"The boys were the main reason for doing it - so they could see what I used to do. Normally it''s all about David, but the boys were really proud," she added. (ANI)
