Buenos Aires, June 10 : Singer Ricky Martin - who is already the father of twin boys - says he would like to have a daughter.

"As I have the two little boys, now I want a daddy's girl," the gay singer said in an interview to Buenos Aires daily Clarin.

Martin's twins - Matteo and Valentino - were born in 2008 to a surrogate mother.

The Puerto Rican singer came to Argentina to promote his latest album "Musica+Alma+Sexo" but there have been rumours that a wedding would be part of his visit to the first Latin American country to allow same-sex marriages.

The artist, however, said marriage was not part of his plans.

Martin, who was received by President Cristina Fernandez, also filmed part of a music video on the streets of Buenos Aires and autographed CDs for fans.(IANS/EFE)
