Washington, December 12 : Rihanna has expressed her desire to perform at British rock festival Glastonbury next year.

The pop sensation may be hopeful after rapper Jay-Z headlined the event, which primarily focuses on rock ‘n’ roll music, in 2008.

"Glastonbury is a great festival and a great platform for me to be a part of. I would love to be there. Even if I''m not headlining I would love to be there," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

Meanwhile, U2 has already been booked to perform at the event.

And fans are also anticipating a rumoured Led Zeppelin reunion. (ANI)
