London, July 11 : Singer Robbie Williams' father has dismissed offers of a new luxury home from his multi-millionaire son because he's happy in his rented flat.

Robbie has spent a fortune on lavish homes for himself and his mother Jan but his dad Pete has no desire for a new property.

"I've been blessed with money and fame but my dad lives in a flat above a hairdresser for 50 pounds a week rent. I've told him to get whatever house he wants but he won't have it - he doesn't see why he has to move. He's one of the happiest men I've ever met," Robbie, 37, told People newspaper.(IANS)
