London, Apr 16 : English actor Rupert Grint, who had been planning on making a move to LA, has decided not to so as he doesn’t want to be bothered by airhead actresses.
Grint, who is known for his role as Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter movies, revealed that he is worried about investing in a US pad like co-star Daniel Radcliffe because he can’t face bumping into the likes of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.
“I met Lindsay last summer and she talked about herself a lot,” the Sun quoted him as saying.
“She said she was going to win an Oscar before she turns 25. I just kept thinking, ‘But you can’t act’,” he said.
On Paris Hilton, he is just glad that he has not yet crossed paths with her.
“I haven’t met Paris and don’t want to either. She and Lindsay are the type of girls you need to stay away from,” he added.
The actor is at the moment filming Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince in which he has to shoot long kissing scenes with Jessie Cave, who plays Lavender Brown.
“It took almost a whole day to do. It was hard to concentrate when Emma Watson (Hermione Granger, Ron’s other love interest in the film) was glaring at me even though it was part of the scene,” he stated.
“It felt like she was plotting my death every time Lavender came at me. It was all very intense but a lot of fun too,” he added. (ANI)
