Washington, Oct 19 : Actor Russell Crowe has vowed not to encourage his kids to get into the acting world because he knows the ‘pitfalls of the business’.

Crowe has insisted that he does not want his two sons Charlie, four, and Tennyson, one, to follow his footsteps into the acting profession.

"I'm there for whatever they want to do, but I certainly know the pitfalls of this business so I won't be encouraging them,” Contactmusic quoted Crowe, as saying.

“There are so many more important things to dedicate your life to rather than being an actor.

"People will probably do what their dad did but they don't need to prove anything to me," he added. (ANI)
