London, August 26 : Sir Sean Connery, who has not appeared on the big screen since 2003's `The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen', will never come out of retirement, according to his friend Sir Michael Caine.
Connery, who turned 81 on Thursday, will never star in a film again, Caine has declared.
"I phoned him the other day, but we never see each other because he doesn't move around a lot now," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.
"He won't make another film now. I just asked him. He said, ''No, I'll never do it,'" he added.
Last year, Caine said: "The movie business retired him because he didn't want to play small parts about old men and they weren't offering him any young parts in romantic leads." (ANI)
