Washington, Dec 29: Though Sean Penn’s divorce with wife Robin Wright has not been finalised, the actor seems to be already moving on in life.

The 47-year-old actor-director was spotted dining with a mystery brunette at San Francisco’s Café de la Presse restaurant on Christmas Eve, just four days before Robin filed divorce papers in Marin County, California.

A source said that the couple’s split was predictable because Penn is a ‘bachelor at heart.’

“It was bound to happen. He always seemed like a bachelor at heart and the kind of guy who just couldn’t be married for long,” Usmagazine.com quoted the source, as saying.

Penn’s lawyer Mindy Ross revealed that the Oscar-winning actor originally filed divorce papers in Marin County on Dec 7, but the petition was dismissed on Dec 18.

On Dec 21, Robin filed her own divorce request, citing irreconcilable differences.
