Washington, Feb 8 : Selena Gomez, who battled through illness to stage her show in Argentina on Tuesday, was forced to run off stage to blow her nose throughout her set.

The 19-year-old singer began feeling unwell earlier this week and told her Twitter. com followers earlier on Tuesday "so sick today".

She also uploaded a picture of herself looking rundown as she held tissues up to her face, but she soldiered on to perform at the Orfeo Superdome in Cordoba.

The `Wizards of Waverly Place' star thanked her fans for their support and shared a picture of all the banners and gifts she received backstage to boost her spirits.

"During quick change I had a little `pick me up' from my fans! Had to blow my nose every other song," Contactmusic quoted her as writing on her page. (ANI)
