Los Angeles, Dec 9 - Singer Jessica Simpson and her fiance Eric Johnson will have a pre-nuptial agreement.

Dispelling reports that the American footballer was a "gold digger" and chasing Simpson's fortune, a source close to the singer said the couple will definitely go for a prenup, reports usmagazine. com.

"Jessica has said she wants one. Jessica and Eric have talked about it. (Eric) understands there needs to be a prenup. He's supportive of it," the source added.

After dating for less than six months, Johnson popped the question to 30-year-old Simpson last month.

"He really loves her. He's a low key guy. He's not into the glitz and materialism of Hollywood at all." (IANS)
