London, Aug 9 : Amy Winehouse was "at her best" days before she died, the singer's distraught goddaughter Dionne Bromfield has revealed.

Bromfield, 15, told Radio 1's breakfast show how the `Back to Black' singer seemed to be beating her drug and alcohol problems as they worked in the studio together on her new album.

"The last time I saw her she was fine, I think that was the best time I've ever seen her," the Mirror quoted her as saying.

"I've done a song called `Get Over' and she was in the corner crying. It's such a shame to know she was at her best moment and three days later she was gone.

"That's the worst thing. It's the shock to know someone's getting better, and she was so much better, then it just hits you like that. It's really weird," she added. (ANI)
