Woman detained for threatening Marion CotillardNew York, Aug 8 : A woman was detained by police for stalking and threatening to kill French actress Marion Cotillard.

Teresa Yuan, from New York, has posted a video on a fan website which indicates that she wants to kill the actress, reports aceshowbiz. com.

"The guilt and sorrow I feel now, I won't feel after it happens. After it happens, I'll feel no regrets whatsoever... that's apparently how it feels to be a killer, to be a murderer," Yuan said in the video sent July 23.

The stalker, in her 30s, also said in a series of e-mails that she knew Cotillard's whereabouts and would meet her.

According to NY Daily News, Yuan was detained last week and charged with "interstate stalking", but she was released Aug 5 on $50,000 bail. Her lawyer, Michael Schneider, declined to comment on the case.(IANS)
