Melbourne, April 14 : A woman, who accused actor Steven Seagal of using her as a "sex toy" and is suing him for it, is said to have once appeared on a US talk show where she claimed she could "trick men".
According to TMZ, Kayden Nguyen, who is suing Seagal, 58, for 1 million dollars for sexual harassment, had made the statement on an episode of The Tyra Banks Show in 2009.
In the episode, titled The Gay Kingdom, the self-proclaimed "lipstick lesbian" had bragged about her ability to seduce any one she wanted.
"I can use my sex appeal to get any girl that I want and trick any guy to getting what I want," News. com. au had quoted her as saying.
Nguyen, 23, filed a lawsuit on April 12 in the Los Angeles Superior Court claiming Seagal hired her as a personal assistant and then expected her to be "on call for sex".
She claims Seagal flew her to New Orleans in February after hiring her but then treated her as a "sex toy".
The legal documents claim Seagal had two female Russian attendants on staff "who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week", and that when one decided to leave, she was hired to replace her.
It also claims that Nguyen was required "to watch as ''Sasha'' (the Russian attendant) and Seagal performed sex acts on each other".
Seagal used Craigslist to hire Nguyen in Los Angeles and flew her to New Orleans where he is filming a reality TV show.
Nguyen claims on her first night of work, Seagal allegedly engaged in physical and sexual assault by "pushing his hands under her shirt and attempting to fondle her bare breast," and "forcing her head against his bare chest".
And that the next morning he allegedly "held her legs apart forcibly" and "forced his hand down her pants", and when she left the house Seagal allegedly chased her as she ran to a cab while holding a flashlight with a gun attached to it.
Seagal has not responded to the claims. (ANI)
