David Guetta's India tour: tickets sell well

New Delhi, Feb 11 - The tickets for Grammy Award-winning DJ and music producer David Guetta's maiden performance in India are selling well, according to the organisers of the show.
Guetta will perform in New Delhi (March 9), Pune (March 10) and Bangalore (March 11) as part of the second edition of the Eristoff Invasion tour.

New Delhi, Feb 11 - Bollywood producer Ramesh Taurani has filed a complaint against actress Deepika Padukone with cine-associations for quitting Tips Films' "Race 2" at the eleventh hour.
Deepika is said to have made an exit from the project following a Hollywood offer, and that too after having shot for a week.
Kailash Kher to perform at world Sufi fest

New Delhi, Feb 10 - Singer Kailash Kher is set to serenade music lovers with his soulful Sufi renditions at the fourth edition of the World Sufi Spirit Festival, supported by international singer Sting.
The festival will be held Feb 16-21 in Nagaur and Jodhpur.
The Royal family of Jodhpur will play host to some of the leading Sufi exponents from across the borders, with the serene Mehrangarh Fort as the backdrop for the very first time.

New Delhi, Feb 10 : The chilly winds in the capital ended up leaving actress Mallika Sherawat under the weather. She was shooting for her upcoming film "Kismat Love Paisa Dilli" here.
Mallika happened to shoot from 7 p. m. to the next morning recently -- and ended up falling ill.Producer Krishan Chaudhary came to her rescue as he called out for his family doctor to check on her, says a source. Chaudhary has teamed up with Amit Chandra to produce the film.

New Delhi, Feb 9 - The canvas of spring in the capital has been set ablaze by the colours of Ramkinkar Baij, the founding father of modern Indian sculpture, at a mega retrospective at the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA).
Featuring 350 art works by the Shantiniketan-based maverick genius, the showcase was inaugurated by Culture Minister Selja late Wednesday evening. The exhibition will close March 31.

New Delhi, Feb 7 - No more action-packed movies, says Kareena Kapoor, who has done daredevil stunts in the spy thriller "Agent Vinod", which is her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan's home production.
"I don't enjoy action films. I don't like action scenes and stunts. I like conversational and romantic films like 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu'. I am scared of action and gun shots. Saif used to get angry and say 'you can't do that'" said Kareena.

New Delhi, Feb 7 - Imran Khan is playing a guy from Haryana in Vishal Bhardwaj's "Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola" and is growing a beard and mustache for the role. But the actor does not like it and says he would prefer clean shaven look.
"Keeping beard is always very annoying. Honestly, it is not fun at all. I would prefer being clean shaven but what to do? We have to do these things in this profession," Imran told IANS.

Setting the record straight, the actress said: "It's completely false, there are no such plans."
The actress was in the capital to promote her forthcoming film "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu", which is releasing Friday, along with her co-star Imran Khan and director Shakun Batra.

New Delhi, Feb 4 : Sanjay Dutt has turned into an item boy, as he will be performing a number with south Indian actress Shriya Saran in the upcoming film `Zila Ghaziabad'.
The track called `Main item No. 1' will be sung by Bappi Lahiri's son Bappa and choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.
The movie is loosely based on a gang war between two rival groups of Satbir Gurjar and Mahender Fauji, which happened in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
