McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd, a Kolkata-headquartered joint venture between BM Khaitan group and GP-CK Birla group, has received an order worth Rs 165 crore from Tata Project Limited.

The scope of work involves design, engineering, manufacturing and supply, erection and commissioning of Stock House Package for Rourkela Steel Plant (Package No. 10).

The company informed in a communiqué that contractual period for completion of the project is 20 months.

Earlier this month, the company has secured an order worth Rs 81.93 crore from NTPC.

The scrip of the company today closed at Rs 135 on BSE, up 4% compared to previous close of Rs 129. The counter has made 52-week-high and low of Rs 153 and Rs 29 respectively.
