More details about Sony’s DSC-QX100 & DSC-QX10 lenses leakedNew details about Sony's eagerly anticipated DSC-QX100 and DSC-QX10 lenses have appeared online.

Citing a leaked manual, a commenter dubbed PhoneArenaUser on PhoneArena claimed that the yet-to-be-unveiled Sony DSC-QX100 and DSC-QX10 lenses would come equipped with a power button, a microphone as well as display panel.

The display panel will purportedly be capable of showing the remaining battery power as well as whether or not the card is inserted.

The lenses will also come equipped with a belt hook, tripod, shutter button, reset button, zoom lever and multifunctional jack. Their green light would show that power is on, while orange and red lights would indicate that the battery is charging and video is being captured, respectively.

The commenter also claimed that the Sony DSC-QX100 would be 62.5 mm by 62.5 mm by 55.5 mm in dimensions, while the DSC-QX10 lens would measure 62.4 mm by 61.8 mm by 33.3 mm.

The weight of the Sony DSC-QX100 (including the battery pack and a Memory Stick Micro) would be 179 grams, while the DSC-QX10 would weigh 105 grams.

The two lenses would be interchangeable and have a rechargeable battery pack NP-BN. During shooting, both lenses would consume 1.1 W of power.

Sony is widely expected to unveil the two lenses during a planned media event in early September, alongside its new Honami i1 handset.
