According to health experts in the UK, the different systems of the NHS are moving in their won different directions and may create deep divisions among them.

On the one hand when NHS in England is focusing on greater use of the private sector, on the other hand, the NHS is Wales has successfully completed the eliminate the use of private sector hospital.

A patient does not get the hospital or the consultant of their choice going through a process of getting several approvals on various stages.
