Leading digital electronic devices maker Sony has added new products to its India portfolio by launching slim Cyber-shot W series cameras - the DSC-W180 and DSC-W190. The cameras, equipped with a 2.7 inch clear photo LCD display, are aimed at attracting customers who enjoy simple-to-use cameras.

DSC-W180 comes with a 10.1 megapixel lens, while DSC-W190 supports a 12.1 megapixel lens, for high quality pictures. Both cameras support smart zoom technology up to 17x for W180 and 18x for Sony w190 with an optical zoom of 3x. Other features include digital steady shot technology, auto image stabilization, enhanced face detection, auto focus and white balance.

The cameras can record two images in rapid succession and helps in reducing the chances of a camera shake by superimposing the images. These cameras can

automatically take pictures, when the person within the frame starts smiling.

The cyber shot cameras, having a brushed metal chassis, are available in metallic red, black and silver colors, at a price of Rs 8,990 for DSC-W180 and Rs. 9,990 for DSC-W190, across all leading electronic stores of the country.
