In response to the technology giant Apple's anti-trust allegations, Nokia has appealed for a disapproval on accounts of wrong intentions. The World's number one handset manufacturer said that Apple's allegations are planned and the hidden agenda behind these allegations is to distract attention from their own patent disobedience against which Nokia has taken a legal action.

The war between the two companies has been going on for quite some time now. And looking at the current situation, it doesn't seem that it will resolve any time soon.

It is notable that prior to Apple's anti-trust allegation, Nokia has taken a legal step against Apple. Nokia has filed a case against apple on patent disobedience regarding GSM, 3G and WiFi.

In a responsive action, Apple filed a legal case against the handset maker on the grounds of copyright claims held by it which included violation and willful sustaining the custody of patent information.

Apart from that, Apple has also accused Nokia of demanding unreasonable royalty payments. On the contrary, Nokia has called all Apple allegations to be baseless and without any fact. It accused Apple of building a legal case on based on ambiguous litigation theories and misleading characterisation.

The battle between the two companies is simmering by the day. Both the companies have requested the US International Trade Commission to put a stop on the imports of the handsets of other company. However, the final decision is expected to be out in the month of June this year.
