Lahore, Sep 19: Tehrik-i-Insaf chief and former cricketer Imran Khan has said that Pakistan cannot survive under a dictatorial rule, and democracy was indispensable for the country.

Khan told a public meeting at Sahiwal Sahib club President Pervez Musharraf and former premier Benazir Bhutto were determined to complete an American agenda by declaring patriotic citizens as extremists.

Lahore, Sep 18: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former cricketer Imran Khan has underlined the need for the setting up of a neutral caretaker government in the country before the general elections.

"The forthcoming general elections cannot be held in the presence of President Pervez Musharraf," Khan said.
Khan opined that the representatives of the All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM) would resign from the national and provincial assemblies if the sitting assemblies elect Musharraf.
