London, Sept 23 : Heidi Range was the mastermind behind the events that forced Keisha Buchanan to quit Sugababes, it has emerged.

It is believed that Range plotted with Amelle Berrabah to get the “headstrong” Buchanan out of the band and rope in someone who would help their album sales in the US.

The Sun quoted a source as saying: "Keisha clashed with Amelle since she joined.

"Heidi did not want to be in a position where a big bust-up might arise while they''re promoting their material Stateside.

London, July 23 : Sugababes member Keisha Buchanan was recently busted crossing the speed limit and was banned from driving.

She was caught driving at 85mph in her Land Rover at a roadwork that has restricted speed limit of 50mph.

The 24-year-old singer, who was snapped by cameras on the M6, pleaded guilty to JPs in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

However, she has been disqualified for three weeks and fined 1250 pounds.

"Keisha was clearly embarrassed. But she didn''t seem fazed by the amount she was fined," the Sun quoted a court worker as saying after the case. (ANI)

Washington, June 12 : Sugababes star Keisha Buchanan flooded her mother''''s house when she dozed off while running a bath.

She wrote on her Twitter page, "Ok, so ive just spent 3hrs using a mop and 15 towels to soak up the mess i made at my mum''''s house!! OMG i went to set a bath and fell asleep.. (sic)"

She continued: "The drama continues because now the electrics are playing up... I need to fix this b4 she gets home from work.. Help!!! (sic)"

In late 2006, it was rumored Keisha was leaving Sugababes to pursue a solo career, reports Contactmusic.

London, March 8 : BRIT Award-winning pop band Sugababes may no longer harbour plans of getting back together ever.

Keisha Buchanan, Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah were said to have given up on the group after their last album, `Catfights And Spotlights', managed to sell only around 100,000 copies.

The group, who has 16 Top Tens and seven Brit Award nominations to their credit, however, reportedly wanted to bid a final goodbye to their fans.

London, Nov 14 : Sugababes Keisha Buchanan, Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah have revealed that they plan to do "raunchy" photoshoots in the future.

The all-girl band had previously shunned revealing too much to the cameras, preferring to focus on their music.

"We have never wanted to be seen as a band who sold themselves on doing raunchy photoshoots. First of all we were too young. I wanted for us to wait for us to be older,” The Sun quoted Keisha, as saying.
