London, Aug 31 : Singer Mandy Moore is heartbroken after the tragic demise of her ex-boyfriend, DJ AM.

The mixmaster, real name Adam Goldstein, was found dead in his New York City apartment after a suspected drug overdose.

"I am absolutely heartbroken,” the Daily Star quoted Moore as saying in a statement.

“For those of us lucky enough to have known him, Adam radiated a contagious exuberance for life and also personified the very definition of a true friend.

Washington, June 5 : Mandy Moore has said that she "always knew" her music style would be different from that of Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera's.

The 25-year-old, who rose to prominence at the same time as her fellow pop singers, said she did not like sticking to formula music and would rather prefer to take a different road.

"I kind of always knew we would all differentiate ourselves from one another," Contactmusic quoted her as telling MTV News.

The 25-year-old wrapped an apron on April 22 to pick pointers at her favourite restaurant The Spotted Pig for a feature in New York Magazine.

The fashion designer attended a lesson on how to make the restaurant's signature dish gnudi, reports Contactmusic.

As per a source, the list included songs like "Whatever It Is" by Ben Lee and "Blue Ridge Mountain" by Fleet Foxes.

Washington, Mar 12: Mandy Moore and rocker Ryan Adams have tied the knot, the actress’ rep has confirmed.

The couple, who got engaged last month, exchanged wedding vows in Savannah, Georgia, reports People.

The 24-year-old stunner and Adams, 34, applied for a marriage license on Tuesday at the Chatham County Probate office in Savannah, according to a court source.

Moore tells Marie Claire in its April issue that her now rocker husband is "a good egg. I''m in awe of him: his brain, his passion. He''s truly one of a kind." (ANI)

Washington, Feb 14 : American singer Mandy Moore has revealed that she is considering asking her ex-boyfriend Adam Goldstein to DJ at her wedding to rock singer Ryan Adams.

Moore had announced her engagement to Adams earlier this week, and on Los Angeles DJ Valentine''s morning show on February 13, she revealed her plans for the music for her big day.

"I could ask my friend Adam (Goldstein, aka DJ AM)... I have many options," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

She also revealed that the wedding day would not be a very big deal, as she has got married many times in the movies.
