London, Aug 27 : "Avatar" actress Zoe Saldana, who is being called the "new Angelina Jolie" by some critics, says comparisons with the "Tomb Raider" actress scare her.

"If I think about it in that fashion - then yes it's scary,"contactmusic. com quoted her as saying.

The comparisons are being made after Saldana's new movie "Colombiana" in which she plays the role of a revenge-seeking assassin. The role is action-packed like Jolie's role of Lara Croft in "Tomb Raider".

Saldana, Vartan plays lovers in the new action film.

The website will enlist the database of every magazine shoot, cover, campaign models, photographers, make-up artists and celebrities.

Washington, Apr 23 : American actress Zoe Saldana has in an exclusive interview with Women's Health magazine revealed that she loves wearing men's clothing and underwear.

Saldana, 30, who is starring in the upcoming "Star Trek" movie and is featured on the May cover of the magazine, also revealed that she likes masculine things.

"I love wearing men's clothing and underwear. I just feel so sexy in jeans and a man's shirt. Plus I love back, red. I love solid colors that say `I'm here; I'm strong'," Fox News quoted her as saying.

Washington, Sept 18: Zoe Saldana has signed on to star in the new ‘Star Trek’ movie to be helmed by JJ Abrams.

Saldana will be playing Uhura, the communications officer on the USS Enterprise.

In original TV series, Uhura - which means freedom in Swahili - rose to the rank of commander. The character was played by Nichelle Nichols in the series.

Saldana is currently filming James Cameron's sci-fi tentpole "Avatar."

Abrams is also producing "Star Trek" through his Paramount-based Bad Robot shingle.
