Police Near To Identifying Main Offenders In Suri Murder CaseAccording to reports, police officials have made progress in the inquiries into the murder of MaddelacheruvuSuryanarayana Reddy a. k. a. Suri, and they were almost near to naming the offenders.

Mr. A K Khan, City Police Commissioner stated, "There is progress in the (Suri murder) investigation. We are close to almost identifying the culprits and the motive behind the murder."

Mr. Khan stated that the police detectives have asked some people not to leave Hyderabad.

Suri, who was a faction leader from Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh and the main accused in the slaughter of TDP MLA Paritala Ravi, was shot dead by shooter when he was sitting in his car in Yousufguda on January 3 and police force strongly suspect his close adviser Bhanu Kiran's participation in his murder.

In the meantime, the CCS police, which has been looking into the case, registered the report of Telugu film maker C Kalyan.

Afterward, while speaking to media, Kalyan said though, he knew Bhanu for the last 3 years, he used to talk about only film-related matters with him.

"Apart from this I have no connection with Bhanu and Ihave not taken any fund from him for financing my films," Mr. Kalyan added.

Special police groups have already been sent off to Bangalore and other regions to arrest Bhanu.
