Cinemax India rolls out Three Screens Multiplex in Uttar Pradesh
Submitted by Malini Ranade on Sat, 11/07/2009 - 19:54.Cinemax India Ltd has revealed that it is introducing its Three Screens Multiplex in Uttar Pradesh. With sitting capacity of 999 people, the new multiplex will come at Cinemax - South X Mall located at Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
In order to entice customers, the multiplex will provide a personalized cafe facility while enjoying the favorite film.
The company will kick off its Multiplexes with screening of block buster flicks "Jail" and "Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani".
With the introduction of Three Screens Multiplex, the conglomerate is now having total 27 theater properties including 86 screens with a total sitting capacity of 23565.

Copenhagen - Danish poet Inger Christensen, often mentioned as a possible Nobel Literature Prize winner, has died at the age of 73, her Danish publisher said Monday.
Christensen died Friday, publisher Gyldendal said.
In 1964 she started to write full-time following the publication of the poetry collections Light (1962) and Grass, the following year.
Works that stand out in her production include the large collection of poems called It (Det) from 1969, where she explored both social and political issues as well as contrasting love and hate.

Melbourne, Nov 7 : Exercising pelvic floor muscles (PFMs) can enhance arousal and sensation during sex, according to an expert.
The pelvic floor is a layer of muscles spanning the bottom of the pelvis that gives control over the bladder and bowel.
"Voluntary contraction of these muscles helps with sensation and arousal during sexual intercourse (and) involuntary contractions of the muscles occur during orgasm,'''' the Daily Telegraph quoted Royal Brisbane Women''s Hospital physiotherapist Rowan Hill, as saying.

Lahore, May 28 : The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has postponed its legal proceedings against the International Cricket Council (ICC) for shifting the 2011 World Cup matches from Pakistan.
According to sources, the PCB is hoping that the meeting with other co-hosts India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh scheduled to be held next week in Dubai, would yield some positive result.

Patil will make an aerial survey of Kulgam, Shopian and Budgam.

Researchers at the University of Costa Rica have found that using antihypertensive drugs to reduce blood pressure below the 140/90 mm Hg does not really reduce death rates or serious morbidity.
