Radiant Infosystems, one of the sponsors of 20-20 cricket tournaments, has struck with this idea of hiring prisoners for the BPO. Ones who are literate and facing charges of harassment or dowry-murders can benefit the most out of it, claim the officials.

The procedure which runs on a systematic path sees to employ 250 inmates where each inmate gets their own bank account application and insurance claim form for Indian citizens.

It is stated that one gets to earn a maximum wage of at least Rs 120 per day. The company takes in those who are good at computers and have a fluency in technical knowledge as well, making them work in shifts.

Ones with a history of fraud and robbery can not apply for the same.

Despite of this measure seeks to boost an overall morale of the prisoners and thus enabling them to lead a respectful life.
