Maria Enzersdorf, Austria - Italian midfielder Massimo Ambrosini admitted Thursday that Spain strikers Fernando Torres and David Villa "are scary."
Following training at the Italy camp in the Austrian town of Maria Enzersdorf near Vienna, Ambrosini talked to reporters about the team's Euro 2008 quarter-final clash against Spain Sunday.
Mauro Camoranesi in turn admitted that he likes how Spain play.
"They are a team that try to get to the opponent's goal by touching the ball a lot. And as players, I very much like (Cesc) Fabregas and Carlos Puyol, who has had great continuity in his performances at his club and at the national team for many years," Camoranesi noted.
Ambrosini spoke of the relationship that Italy players have with coach Roberto Donadoni, which the coach described as "special" on Wednesday.
"He can understand the players' state of mind because he was a player too, and moreover he starred in these kind of tournaments. That is very important, and we are all united around him," the midfielder stressed. (dpa)
