Asian Games weightlifting : Dismal show by Rustam, Otari in 62kg

Guangzhou, Nov 14 : Weightlifters Rustam Sarang and Omkar Otari finished a dismal ninth and 11th in the men's 62kg category as India failed to open its medal account in the sport at the 16th Asian Games here Sunday.
Sarang lifted an overall 265 kg and Otari 264 kg at the Dongguan Gymnasium.
Jie Zhang of China lifted 321 kg and claimed the gold. Un Guk Kim of North Korea won the silver for his effort of 317 kg. (IANS)
