Dusseldorf - Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack was the last member of Joachim Loew's squad to arrive in Dusseldorf Tuesday ahead of upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Russia and Wales.
Ballack arrived in time for an open training session in the LTU Arena although Loew had to do with a squad of 21 players as Marcell Jansen has pulled out with a muscle strain.
Loew tried to play down recent events involving Ballack and team manager Oliver Bierhoff over the issue of players' names on the national team shirts, preferring instead to concentrate on Saturday's game against Euro 2008 semi-finalists Russia in Dortmund.
"There shouldn't and won't be any distractions during the week. Instead everyone will concentrate on Saturday," said the 48-year-old.
Ballack, who has won 87 caps for his country, is making his first appearance for Germany since the Euro 2008 final defeat to Spain.
Loew has so far decided not to call up a replacement for Jansen but welcomes back experienced players Torsten Frings, Per Mertesacker and Arne Friedrich.
"I'm really looking forward to the game in front of a full house in Dortmund," said Loew. (dpa)
