Washington, Nov 26 : Football ace David Beckham is considering an offer to star in the upcoming series of ‘Dancing On Ice’.
Skating legends Torvill and Dean along with Becks’ family friend Justin Bieber are all urging the footballer to sign for the show.
However, Beckham, who wants to stay fit for the Olympics next summer, says that he is yet to decide about his participation in the show.
“There are a lot of options. I’m not in a great rush to decide,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying.
Meanwhile, Torvill and Dean revealed that there had been talks about bringing Beckham on board because of his balancing and athletic skills.
‘He’d be great,” Chris Dean told the paper.
“He likes music so hopefully he has rhythm. We like the idea of an athlete from a different sport,” he added.
Teen idol Bieber, who is a friend of Beckham’s sons, had declared himself a show fan back in March and said he would participate if Beckham did.
“Next time I see David Beckham I will say that if he agrees to do it then so will I,” he had said. (ANI)
