Melbourne, Feb 9 : Bernard Tomic's camp has been hit by yet another controversy, with his girlfriend appearing as a pin-up in a lads' magazine.
Pictures of the 19-year-old tennis player's ladylove Donay Meijer have resurfaced in Zoo Weekly.
"I know the photos are very, very old. It's stuff that gets thrown at us and we can't do anything about that," News. com. au quoted Tomic as saying.
"She's not too flattered. She'd prefer not to be in any of them," he said.
The images were taken by the Gold Coast Bulletin in January 2010 for a council initiative aimed at swimwear designers.
"I was shocked to see my daughter in that magazine ... it is not a nice magazine," Meijer's mother, Dorothy, said.
Tomic is due to face court soon on traffic charges. (ANI)
