Brasa says his fate is linked to team's showing  New Delhi, Feb 26 : Indian hockey coach Jose Brasa says he is aware that his fate is linked to the team's performance in the World Cup, starting Sunday.

Interacting with the media for the first time after being gagged in the wake of the controversies involving the team, Brasa had a dig at the country's hockey authorities.

"Finally, I am talking to media. I still don't have the permission, but I hope I will not be send out of India," quipped Brasa.

Asked whether he knows that his job could be on the line if India does not perform well in the World Cup, Brasa said: "That I realised two months after taking over as India coach.

"It won't take much time for me to pack my bags, since I don't have a house here and I am always moving from one hotel to the another," he said.(IANS)
