London, Feb 8: McLaren star driver Jenson Button is looking forward to his seething rivalry with former World champion Kimi Raikkonen. Raikkonen made a resounding return to Formula 1 by posting the quickest lap time during the first day of testing in Jerez, Spain. There was, however, a point during Button''s 55 practice laps when he overtook Lotus driver Raikkonen, and joked that Raikkonen was little slow.
"I did him. He was going slow, so I overtook him, but fair play to him. It''s good to have Kimi back," The Sun quoted Button, as saying. Button also said that Raikkonen would provide stiff competition with his competitive car. "We maybe haven''t seen eye to eye a lot of the time when we''ve been racing, but he''s a very quick driver, very experienced and also a world champion," Button said. " He''s obviously in a very competitive car, and whatever they did today, low fuel or whatever. It was still quick," he added. (ANI)
