
London, Dec. 21 : Formula 1 racing star Jenson Button will become an MBE after being included in this New Year honours list.
Champion gymnast Beth Tweddle will also get an MBE, The Mirror reports.
The sporting superstars will be two of the highest-profile names who will get gongs from the Queen, the tabloid reveals.
Button, 29, will pick up the honour after being beaten to the BBC Sports Personality of the Year award by Manchester United star Ryan Giggs last week.
Beth Tweddle, 24, gets her honour for being Britain’s most successful ever gymnast.
Her MBE follows her triumph in the 2009 Floor World Championships in October.
The honours will be officially revealed next week. (ANI)
