London, July 26 : England football coach Fabio Capello has vowed that in the four years that he is charge, he would like to see his team among the top three in the world.
Though the Italian has declared that this would be his last job, he is determined to bow out after restoring English pride in the Three Lions by reaching at least the semi-finals of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
"I will finish my career with England. It would appeal to me to end my career with England among the top three in the world," The Sun quoted Capello, as saying.
England failed to reach Euro 2008. Director of Football Development Trevor Brooking even insisted Capello is under no pressure to make the last four of the World Cup.
But the Italian, 62, is desperate to prove he is worth every penny of his six-million-pound a-year salary. (ANI)
