London, Jan 31 : Former Wales football manager Gary Speed had reportedly argued with his wife Louise before he was found hanged, an inquest has heard.
But a coroner ruled that Speed might not have intended to kill himself.
Speed's widow Louise told the inquest in Warrington that they had an "exchange of words" the night before he died.
She also said he texted her about ending his life in the days before she found him hanged at the family home.
The coroner for Cheshire, Nicholas Rheinberg, concluded that Speed had died by hanging but added that it was not clear whether his death was accidental or intentional, the Telegraph reported.
In a statement read after the inquest, the family said the day of his death was the worst day of their lives. (ANI)
