London, July 18 : Manchester City have taunted rival Manchester United by putting up a Carlos Tevez poster in the city centre with the declaration: Welcome to Manchester.
Manchester City signed the Argentinean star this week for 25 million pounds when his two-year deal at United ended.
According to The Sun, City boss Mark Hughes is insisting that his next target is Chelsea and England captain John Terry.
Hughes hinted he is prepared to wait until the end of the transfer window if that is what it takes to land Terry.
The Stamford Bridge board rejected City’s latest 30 million pound bid for Terry, but the big-spending Eastlands outfit are still keen.
City still have reason to believe the defender wants a switch and are prepared to bide their time. (ANI)
