London, Jan 1: Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has vowed not to be a victim of Sir Alex Ferguson''s mind games as he prepares to help his team win the title race.
"We should think only about our game, not what Fergie or the other managers say. That’s not important. We need to focus on us until the finish and not listen to anything else,” The Daily Express quoted Mancini, as saying.
“My ambition is to be on the top when we finish this championship because we were there when we started the season and I think that we deserve to be there,” he added.
Mancini was in the North East preparing for today’s game at Sunderland.
“I always hoped that one day I would be in Sunderland on New Year’s Eve. It was my ambition when I was young,” he joked. (ANI)
