The Argentine icon was expected to arrive in China early Saturday, although he was not planning to stay long in that city.
Immediately after the match, he was set to travel to Beijing to support the Argentine teams in the men's basketball and women's hockey tournaments.
"He is coming to watch the game against the Netherlands," Aguero confirmed.
