Nepal beats Singapore to enter Asian under-19 women cricket semi-finalsSingapore, Oct. 7 (ANI): Nepal entered into the semi-finals of the Asian Cricket Council U-19 Women''s Championship cricket tournament defeating Singapore by 70 runs at Yorker in Singapore on Thursday.

The Nepali women cricket team scored 159/2 in 25 overs. Maya Rawal made 62 not out while captain Nary Thapa remained unbeaten on 47 to set the high target for Singapore.

Nepal then restricted Singapore to 89/9. This is the third straight victory for Nepal in the tournament. Captain Nary was declared player of the match, Nepal News reports. (ANI)
