Munich - Franck Ribery's comeback for Bayern Munich has been put on hold after the France midfielder complained of a muscle problem on the eve of Saturday's Bundesliga match with Werder Bremen.

Ribery wins claim against former agent

The Swiss Federal Tribunal upheld a ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) that Ribery was entitled to fees already paid to his former agent, a spokeswoman for the court said.
The player had opted out of a contract with his former agent before his transfer from Marseille to Bayern Munich in June 2007. Read more »

Munich - France playmaker Franck Ribery on Thursday underwent surgery on a ruptured tendon above his ankle which will see him sidelined for around two months.
Ribery's German club Bayern Munich said the operation went "perfectly" and that Ribery would go on holiday after being released from a Munich clinic in a few days time. Read more »
